- Bed, side table, and dresser can all remain in room as furnishings if desired
- I have a mirror that can attach to the dresser, as well
Rent and Fees
- Intended rent is $800/month + split utilities (~$120/month each)
- One-time $180 fee from the landlord to join the lease

- I'm a 25-year-old guy, laid back and quiet
- I have two friendly small dogs, which is the maximum for the lease, so unfortunately no extra pets can come
- I can provide references from my previous roommates if desired
